Prudential is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to lead new and high impact customer engagement initiatives. This marketing manager will work directly for the Director of Digital Product Marketing to develop and execute high visibility campaigns across Prudential’s direct-to-consumer solutions that will result in financial betterment for Prudential’s customers. This new role will be integral in standing up a new customer engagement function in the Customer Office marketing team that serves as liaison to Prudential’s new direct-to-consumer financial advisory service. This service provides financial planning expertise, as well as investment, life insurance and annuity solutions to our customers. This role will have line-of-sight into omni-channel strategies with a focus on the connectivity of the phone-based advisor sales operations to the larger marketing strategies of the customer office. NAO Customer Solution Consultant
As a Customer Solution Consultant for National Accounts in our Group Insurance business, you’re responsible for supporting the Claims and Sales organizations with consultative subject matter expertise on our Life and Disability products. You will work with National Account customers, brokers/consultants, and internal business partners to ensure a positive benefit experience that will drive increased sales revenue, customer satisfaction and customer persistency. Your work location is flexible within the U.S. including working remotely. U.S. travel is approx. 30% and can be upwards of 50% of your time, during the peak sales season.
Manager, Mutual Fund Financial Reporting
The Manager, Mutual Fund Financial Reporting role is a managerial position in the mutual fund financial reporting department. The position includes managing the mutual fund financial reporting cycle and closely working with the accounting agent as well as auditors. This individual is responsible for reviewing mutual fund quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements, including review of Form N-1A, Form N-CSR and all related financial statement disclosures and accounting matters. The manager role also includes but is not limited to review and oversight of expense accruals, accounting pronouncements, derivatives and affiliated transactions. The manager will be expected to communicate with various internal & external associates and vendors. Strong financial statement and accounting knowledge is required.
