Dear NABA NY Members:

The National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA) New York Chapter, hereby issues its call for nominations to members in good standing for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011.

In accordance with NABA national bylaws, a member in good standing for the purpose of voting, nominating, and candidacy shall be one who has been a bonafide member of the Chapter at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the election and is shown on the records as paid as of October 31, 2009.

Please return the attached nomination form to the committee chair; attach separate nomination forms as needed. NOTE: Both the Nominee and Nominator MUST SIGN each nomination form submitted.

Nominees must also submit campaign advertisements via Microsoft Word 97-2003 Edition (*.doc) to elections@nabany.org by the deadline below to be included in Election Ballot communications. Campaign advertisements will be disseminated to members in good standing in one correspondence.

Call for Nominations documents must be RECEIVED by March 10, 2010. All nominations must be mailed either via U.S. Postal Service or Fax to (646) 924-3341.
