Black Executive Roundtable, hosted by EY

This is a Members Only Event

Black Executive Roundtable
The Power of Expectation:

The Tri-State Black Professional Network (BPN) and Advancing Bl ackExecutives (ABE) are hosting the fourth annual Black Executives Roundtable event in New York. Building upon the business of belonging, this year’s roundtable will focus on the theme “The Power of Expectation”

Do you ever wonder why smart, well intended leaders make decisions that do not fully capitalize on potential? Or, why there are only 1.2% Black CEOs of the Fortune 500 and less than 5% are women? Our panelists will explore these topics by sharing effective ways to establish a culture of knowledge, disciplined thought and efforts to seek to understand how to build upon our conscious awareness.

This event will serve as an opportunity to learn from seasoned business leaders, network with business professionals, and engage with members of our local community. We are excited to host this event and look forward to a rewarding, empowering, and enlightening evening.
